Although we don’t know 100% why Charlie died, it is suspected to be due to Ischemic Heart Disease. CRY (Cardiac Risk in the Young) aims to prevent young sudden cardiac deaths through awareness, screening and research, and supporting affected families. We cannot change what has happened to Charlie but we want to ensure that, if possible, we can save at least one more family the heartache of losing someone so young.
